Transport si retururi

 Livrarea comenzilor se face cu Fan Courier, costul transportului este achitat de cumparator si este in functie de greutatea comenzii si tipul de plata.

Cumparatorul poate opta pentru orice varianta de expeditie de comun acord cu noi, fan curier, cargus, nemo expres etc.

Produsele comandate nu se pot ridica de la sediul nostru, nu avem magazin, comenzile fiind expediate de la depozitul nostru din Adunati Copaceni.

Returul se poate face in urmatoarele conditii:
 - Potrivit legislatiei din Romania, articolul 9 alin. 1 din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 34 din 12 iunie 2014 privind drepturile consumatorilor in cadrul contractelor incheiate cu profesionistii, aveti dreptul de a va retrage din contractele incheiate la distanta, fara a preciza motivele, in termen de 14 zile calendaristice de la primirea lor si fara a suporta alte costuri decat costurile directe de returnare a produselor.

 - Produsele trebuie returnate in starea de produs nou si insotite de toate accesoriile aferente, documentele originale, in ambalajul lor original, daca este posibil. Pentru produsele returnate conform prezentei Politici de retur trebuie sa suportati integral costurile legate de returnarea acestora.

 - Va rugam sa aveti in vedere ca, in calitate de consumator, sunteti responsabil pentru diminuarea valorii produselor rezultata din manipularea acestora . Daca produsul returnat este deteriorat, are pete, prezinta urme de montaj, uzura sau folosire, zgarieturi, este murdar sau are componente lipsa si nu poate fi revandut ca si produs nou, se va percepe o taxa pentru a acoperi diferenta de pret dintre un produs nou si un produs deja utilizat.

- Dupa verificarea produsului de catre inginerul de la service vi se returneaza contravalorea produsului in max 14 zile.
